Put vehicles on the street a few houses down

Put garbage cans away

Pull the weeds and clean up the flower beds

Mow the lawn, trim shrubs, clear leaves

Hide the garden hose and reel

Clean and arrange any patio furniture

Put kids toys and pet toys away

Do not run the sprinklers 6 hours prior to shoot

Sweep and mop floors

Clean windows and dust

Put away clutter in drawers, closets, or garage

Remove personal/family photos from walls and tables

Remove towels and small rugs (in both kitchens and bathrooms)

Declutter all surfaces - countertops, vanities, nightstands, etc

Make sure all beds and curtains are straightened

Hide personal hygiene items in the bathroom

Hide trash cans

Pick up and put away kids and pet toys

Crate and hide pets

Replace burnt out bulbs

Hide visible cords

Close toilet seats in the bathrooms

Move or rearrange furniture or other items in the house

Make beds

Clean, dust, or declutter

Move pet items or pets

Touch personal hygiene items

Photoshop vehicles, power lines, or wall cords out of the photos

Adjust blinds and lighting for the best possible exposure
